Location: On-Site at NEW Gymreapers HQ in Nampa, ID (20 mins outside of Boise, ID)
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8AM - 5PM (flex according to business needs)

Job Summary:

Gymreapers is growing and we’re looking for an experienced Content Creator to join our fast-growing creative production team. We’re searching for a collaborative team member with a passion for engaging content that will inspire while increasing brand and product awareness. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly creative, and a self-starter with a strong work ethic. 

The main responsibilities are to concept, produce, and publish high-performing content that engages our audience, strengthens our brand, and drives growth across social, digital, and e-commerce channels.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Ideation & Planning

• Develop creative concepts for photo, video, and written content that aligns with brand voice and marketing objectives.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute content calendars for social media, email campaigns, product launches, and seasonal promotions.

Paid Media Creative Production

• Concept, shoot, and edit high-performing creative for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other paid channels.
• Produce a mix of direct-response and brand-building ads, optimized for conversions.
• Adapt creative for multiple aspect ratios and placements, ensuring maximum performance across platforms.

Content Production

• Shoot and edit short-form video, lifestyle photography, product photography, and behind-the-scenes content for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and more.
• Write engaging captions, headlines, and copy optimized for each channel.
• Ensure all creative output is consistent with brand guidelines.

Platform Management

• Post and schedule content across social platforms and monitor engagement in real-time.
• Stay on top of trends, platform updates, and emerging content styles to keep Gymreapers ahead of the curve.

Collaboration & Workflow

• Work closely with athletes, ambassadors, and influencers to coordinate shoots and leverage user-generated content.
• Partner with product and creative teams to produce content that highlights product features, benefits, and brand lifestyle.
• Partner with Paid Media Manager, Graphic Designers, and Product Team to align creative with campaign goals.

Performance Tracking

• Track content performance and engagement metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in content creation, social media management, or a related creative field (fitness industry experience a plus).
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Final Cut Pro, or similar editing tools.
• Skilled in both photography and videography, including lighting and composition.
• Strong copywriting skills with the ability to adapt tone and style for different audiences.
• Deep understanding of social media platforms, trends, and analytics tools.
• Self-starter with strong organizational skills and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Passion for fitness, strength training, and the Gymreapers mission.
