Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated Recruiter to join our Oakland-based team specializing in contract finance and accounting recruiting. This internal position is ideal for a professional who is passionate about making meaningful connections, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is committed to upholding our high ethical standards. As a Recruiter, you will play a pivotal role in identifying and placing talent with clients while building lasting relationships with candidates and businesses.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Talent Sourcing and Acquisition: Proactively source, screen, and identify high-caliber candidates within the finance and accounting industry for contract roles using a variety of tools, including our internal database, job boards, and networking events.
+ Candidate Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with candidates, providing career guidance and support throughout the recruitment process.
+ Client Collaboration: Work closely with our clients to understand their specific finance and accounting staffing needs. Provide insights and recommendations on talent acquisition strategies to help them succeed.
+ Recruitment Process Management: Manage all aspects of the recruitment cycle, including candidate screening, interviewing, reference checks, and offer negotiations.
+ Market Insight & Strategy: Stay informed about local market trends in the finance and accounting field to better serve clients and candidates.
+ Goal Achievement: Meet and exceed recruitment metrics, including placements, client satisfaction, and candidate retention.
Requirements
+ Previous experience in recruiting, staffing, or a related field (preferably in finance/accounting or professional services) is a plus, but not required.
+ A bachelor's degree in business, human resources, accounting, or a related field is preferred.
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build long-lasting professional relationships.
+ Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
