About the Role:

As a Senior Technical Product Manager, you will be responsible for optimizing safety and patient experience in Hippocratic AI’s clinical agents. You’ll own the development and continuous improvement of a subset of the agents in our multi-agent constellation of models architecture. You’ll help ensure that all patient and clinician interactions meet the highest standards of clinical accuracy, empathetic communication, and regulatory compliance.

In this role, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams—including engineering, research, and clinical experts — to implement robust safety guardrails, and deliver an exceptional patient experience. This is a highly detailed role where your work will directly influence the trust, reliability, and effectiveness of Hippocratic AI’s core healthcare-focused LLM offering.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with engineering and research teams to refine technical specifications, create robust APIs, and improve the underlying engine architecture in order to optimize for safety and patient experience

  • Define and track product metrics (e.g., hallucination rates, safety scores, user satisfaction, NPS) to gauge performance and drive improvements.

  • Collaborate with the QA team to define and implement QA specifications, ensuring high product quality.

  • Understand detailed feature implementation and work cross-functionally with design, engineering, and healthcare experts to ensure all product requirements are met.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience working with generative AI technologies.

  • Excellent skills in writing product documentation, and defining QA specifications.

  • Ability to manage product roadmaps and work cross-functionally with multiple teams (engineering, design, QA).

  • Strong technical background to collaborate effectively with engineering and research teams (e.g., API definition, ML model lifecycle).

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to convey complex AI-related topics to both technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Attention to detail and a track record of managing products in a fast-paced environment with multiple, competing priorities.

Preferred:

  • Experience in developing or managing products in the healthcare or clinical field.

  • Experience working in a startup or fast-growing company.

  • Knowledge of healthcare regulations and safety standards.

  • Previous engineering experience, computer science degree, or deep technical experience is strongly preferred
